I'm a fast learner and a good listener

I like to work at any pressure come on my duties My relationship with my colleagues is excellent I learned time management is the best thing to the employee,respect my managers and my colleagues and also I learned that good communication with your coworkers. I enjoy working with new people and shearing my ideas with other people's According to me the is no challenging about the job

Pros: Great the good sales at the store
Cons: Long working hours including extra hours

Ive learnt a lot

I work well with others employees, team work is the best when running a comoany. At Shoprite i learneard alot especially treating customers as if they are our only customes. I enjoyed spending much of my time assisting customers

Pros: i was promoted from being a trainee manager to a back admin manager
Cons: 12 hours a day or more if needed to

Learned a lot

The job has taught me how do to deal with customers also yo check the demand of consumers. It is an everyday experience where you come across many different personalities and have to find a way to deal with them in an appropriate manner. Being in an environment where more than 200 employees are involved brings out the challenge in an undividual because you have to be on top of your game everytime

Pros: There environment is great because you get to learn different jobs in one company
Cons: No appreciation of employees
