Retail Sales and Customer Service

I enjoy working for Shoprite Checkers, it gives me sense of relieve to be working for such a big company as it not only serve the needs of the people but it locates its stores at the most convenient places. Exciting and productive environment.i learned how to keep myself balanced try to resolve complaint from customers.co-workers were fun to work with,team spirit was there.hardest part was to hear customers swearing at you for the prices that were on the floor not corresponding with the prices on our tills as cashiers.enjoyable to build relationship and understanding with customers.I enjoy to be there everyday i learned so much working as team the and managing time the manager makes sure we did our job help us to wherever we failing to do.

Banking

I came into the shop with my experience as a cashier.I have learnt how to do the banking.I help as floor assistant sometimes,merchandising etc.I find it more exciting as I'm gaining more experience at the same time.I have to clean the floor when the cleaner of the store is off.

Pros: I have learnt so many and I do expect to be promoted.
Cons: 10 hrs on weeks days
