I have worked for Shoprite group for the past 16 years , I worked my way up from a till packer to a service department staff member to a deli controller and finally a fresh foods manager I thrive under pressure and I am able to complete any task that is set before me and most of all I have passion for the job I do. I am a people person, I get on well with all the staff and fellow management.

Learning curve

gained exceptional experience in the fresh foods environment working as a team leader all rounder experience in every department sales floor willingness to help and teach staff motivation

Team work

very poor management interaction with with staff extremely poor time schedule for managers at store level personal management is non existent when it comes to management
