i have learned to interact with different people how to solve issues at work, working in pressure communicate with customer stock taking answering calls helping with payment making orders filling typing faxing matching the slip
Pros: at first i was hired as cashier but later on when they need someone to help in office i was promoted to admin clerk
Cons: our company operate 24 hours but my duty only start at six am till six pm.

Excellent
Customers service,helping customers by checking tires ,window shield and do all basic steps I was enjoying a lot because I met many differences races and what I've learned is that cooperation is the key to make everything goes smoothly.I enjoyed to attend customers and I've learned that's customers need penitent.

Great experience
i really enjoyed working at shell, it was a great experience and a change for me. It has taught me how to deal with clients on a daily basis face to face, how to handle unhappy customers and team work.

Good communication skills
I like to work hard and I'm having good communication skills. I am a very smart candidate, I've learnt that I should help others when they don't understand at work. I enjoying when my manager asks for help because I'm smart and fast learner. The most challenging thing is when you have to deal with rude customers and by then you have to be friendly and respectful to your customers.

Great Business Opportunities
I enjoy working at Shell Garage because its a great and well known company.Sometimes I just feel like spend the most of my days there but sometimes I just don't want to be there. I get tired especially when it comes to complicated customers where they just try to be difficult in such way and yet we need to keep in mind that a customer is always right.I enjoy working with my colleagues I don't have any problems with them and I'm a talkative person I just want to keep my day a flow with the long hours .
