I work so good with my team and I ask when I don't understand,I have learned so much e.g how to treat people,filing,a bit of audit etc.i enjoy working people,working with numbers and getting to know more about business operation.the most challenges I get is when I have to step in and run the store as I am too young from the colleagues that I have to supervise they sometimes try to do as they please

Excellent learning curve

If i'm taught something,i catch on really quick.very focused,willing to learn more on other fields out of my comfort zone.As it is sad,education its the key to success.The more you learn,the more you know.

My review letter

A typical work day is dealing with customers difficult or not but giving them both the same amount of customer service , Handling stock money and merchandising. I've come to built a relationship with all my co workers, I tend to get along with everyone very well. I have learnt so much during the past year and few months . More things that i have also learnt that I've never done before are, CIT handovers, cash in transit, merchandiser, customer service, cashier, responsible for living room and bedroom department, making sure that my department is up to standard by making sure that it is always stocked up and window dressing.The most challenging aspects of my job is being a all rounder and especially when the store is very busy but I always get the job done and I've learnt to work under pressure , even though I love working with people but on a day to day basics we receive difficult customers and they don't always want to understand your point of view so i think that's the most difficult part of my job. I

Excellent learning curve

We work as a team.we have challenges everyday but at the end to day we reach solutions for them. I have learned admin skills,merchandising,budget,staff scheduling,time management. I enjoy my job because I meet new people with different views and challenges everyday.I enjoy doing customer service.I make sure customers leave the store happy and satisfied. When the customer enters the store not knowing exactly what s/he wants. The other challenge is when we don't reach our monthly targets

Good experience

I have learned how to merchandise and do customer services .. learned to work as a team..I enjoy interacting with customers and knowing what the love..convincing the customer to love something is very difficult

I'm not working I'm temporarily at home but would love to work

I use to work for sheet street it was the best plays ever as I grew in two to three years to a management position. Working at sheet street helped me understand different characters of people and how to work together as different personalities. It taught me to treat any work place as my own company meaning taking ownership of the company in that way I never took advantage of the store as I was more considerate or mindful of what it would do to the company as a whole. I learnt that working together as a team is better then working alone and everyone's idea matters. I have also learnt to work under pressure and going an extra mile when needed.

Excellent communication skills

Working at sheet street teaches you a lot of things like patience determination communication skills and preserverance. Ctherevare days when dealing with customers is difficult but by listening to your customers needs and wants you learn to understand them better you learn to work in a team with your coworkers and come up with solutions together. The most challenging aspect of my job is to remain calm and try and calm down customers

Great opportunity on learning how to handle working under pressure, how to deal with different attitudes and going extra mile for customers..going beyond their expectations by reaching monthly targets and friendly shopping environment.

Good

My typical day at work is just normal and I have good relationship with my colleagues. What I have learned is that nothing comes easily without hard work and to also respect and greet every single person person. What I enjoy most is working with people.
