Great

my journey at sharp outsourcing was great i had learned alot in a years time and i am very grateful for the opportunity that i was given to prove my talents, it is a BEE company that give great opportunities to see growth in they employees and internal educating each other about every one else's job so that in anyone else's absence then the work can be continued and business doesn't have to stand still due to someone's absenteeism. The company has 4 branches which operated on its own solving problems with the Clients, employees working at the client,checking of employees payslips but payslips being processed at the head office which is in Durban. The company is very friendly and the people that you working with. The disadvantage of working at the company is that the company politics amongst colleagues are out of hand and not managed correctly.

Pros: opportunities are alot you only needs to crab and make the best out of it
Cons: flexible hours sometimes
