ExcellentWork environment

Typical work days at the office I'm able to associate with clients and my colleague , ability and desire to sell and also have an ability to accept objections and resilience. Critics in a work environment which mostly gives me challenges is work overload because I usually don't get deadlines . I enjoy most communicating with clients and adjusting also associating with every problem they might encounter . I learnt to respect everyone in a workplace also fitting in

It’s good meeting new people

It’s hard to sell the product to the clients. Having to go to work on mondays and you have to sell before Wednesday’s made it had to get paid weekly. If you stay fat and no car you struggle to get a welcome packs and that leads to missing the target in Wednesday’s.

It's a new industry for me

We where promised hot leads and didn't get any. The first week we had to work immediately the weekend of the training and we never got any of the leads we where promised. The whole things was over sold in training.

Pros: It's a challenge especially staying in a rural community

Planning, Execution and Reporting

I have to submit a daily plan in the morning and provide a report at the end of the day. Present the product to different clients. To register the clients online and take them through our platform that er use.

Pros: Get promotion to be a Team Leader to a Sales Manager
Cons: Clients not trusting the platform due to bad experience from their families and friends

Learnt a lot and gained more experience

I was an out bound sales executive,we sold trading courses. Its good place to be around however there are no resources that we need to get the job done

Its a great environment and challenging for one to grow as a person and as a leader

Manage and lead a team of sales executives, • Make presentation to clients about stock markets such as CFDs, Forex, commodities, and SSF, • Liaise with Quick Trade brokerage and stock market college • Finance applications via Cape Town International CTI, • Maintain highest levels of client service, and marketing initiatives

A great place to kick start a career.

It's great place to kick start a career. And the senior managers are motivating and encouraging. You need to be hungry for success and energetic. Most importantly, you must be patient with clients and sometimes embrace the rejection and learn from them

It was a good experience for me. Had a good relationship with my co workers

My job entailed that I socialize and meet people on a daily, selling the product . I had a very good relationship with my co workers , I’m a team player.I’ve learned to be patient and versatile with my current job.the most challenging thing about my work is that there is no basic salary not bonuses. I enjoyed working with my people

Career Expansion

I take this as a learning curve where i can expand my horizons by meeting new people and making new friends. I believe in making the best at everything life throws at me. This experience help me gain a lot of experience in a field i've never imagined myself working in.

Pros: This job help me market my self as i am initiating my own programme on my spare time.
Cons: It is physically draining as i have to travel alot.
