I have learned to be patient with difficult clients, I am a hard worker.

I feel very lucky to work at Shanduka, i have leaned to do Filling, answering phone, Enquire clients and book transport. I enjoy answering incoming calls and give clients information. The most challenging aspects of the job is to do orientation session

Good working environment and a n excellent learning curve

My company has a good working environment with very professional employees who always work as a team. I have learnt how to work under pressure with very tight schedules and deadlines. I have learnt how to communicate with different people with different minds.

Execllent learnings obtained from working in that environment

I really enjoyed offering advice and training SME clients The most challenging aspect of that job was to everyday follow up on clients on they were supposed to for their business.

Pros: it was indeed a great opportunity
Cons: was working through the day and in most cases not even taking lunch breaks because of servicing clients

I AM A VOLUTTER AT SHANDUKA BLACK UMBRELLAS,ITS COMPANY THAT ASSIST SMALL BUSINESS WITH THE INCUBATOR AND COURSES OF GROWING YOUR BUSINESS,AM WORKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 07:00 TO 16:00,THE EMPOLOYEES ARE SO PARTIENT TO ME,I HAVE LEARNED TO COMPILE REPORT,DATA CAPTURING EVEN EXCEL,RESEACH OTHER COMPANY,ORGANISING THE MEETINGS,ANSWERING PHONE,EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISING SALES PACK FOR EVENT,I WAS EXCITED WHEN AM LEARNING TO COMPILE REPORT.WAS HARD FIRST DAY TO MEET NEW PEOPLE,THE NEW ENVIROMENT,LEARNING NEW EXPERIENCE BUT NOW AM GREATFULL

SME development has been a learning curve for me.

Have several years of SME development experience. I am team player, have the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationship. I have the ability to work a under pressures. I enjoy working with customers and add value in their business. I like to plan , organize prioritise my work day
