Learning Curve
Working at Shake and Serve for me is a learning curve. I have learnt a lot about customer such as communication, customser service, customer behaviour, first impression, interaction in all I would say the company introduced me in the world of business and it brought me to the understanding of why put customer first, knowing the product/service very well, allocation of the customers and one of them all is the sales and marketing. At work we have a good relationship with our superiors I mean it motivates a lot when you see the owner of the company there sometimes deligating helping himself and giving complements to his staff.
Pros: Double pay on holidays
Cons: Sometimes it could be dissadvantagious in means of time, it can be long hours we sometimes work 24hours straight but the most of the times we work 10 to 16 hours. But I get used to it.
