I was brought quite a lot and my working skills improved a lot.
A typical day at work is 10 hours where you work in an office with 15 people of different cultures, backrounds and believes. It is quite challenging, but if you respect others believes they respect yours. I've learnt quite a lot, I've learnt that conflict resolves nothing. I learnt that if you do your work and work hard you prove yourself to the right people. I enjoy my encounter with my team as we work great together. Having a chat now and again... what more can a person ask for. The most challenging aspects in my position is that I must say clear from all conflict and aren't always allowed to raise my opinion, I'm not always allowed to assist where I am experienced to do so....stepping back so that people function/struggle on their own is my biggest challenge every day

Excellent experience and learning curve
Working at SGS is a good corporate experience that i always wanted. I am working day to day with communicating with stakeholders. I have a good professional relationship experience with my co-workers. SGS is a fast phase company and i have learnt ASAP concept. The most challenging aspects of the job is working with different types of clients with different personalities. Overall i enjoy what i am doing

Excellent learning curve
I test vitamins and preservatives on different foods and feeds. Work on the HPLC. I do method validation of new test methods. Am a technical signatory.

I am currently an SGS coal laboratory employee under Energy Minerals Department. I have been a shift leader for 3 years 8 months in different areas in the laboratory, and that has give me confidence to say I am a fast leaner, who is committed and can deliver under pressure with Les mistakes. On the 26 to 28 October 2015 we had a SANAS Audit including scope extension (float and Sink) and technical signatory application of which I was one of the applicants. We managed to get accreditation without any major non-conformance

Good learning school
Sometimes you enjoy your day, most of the time you unfortunately does not enjoy your work just because how you are treated. The company is big and cover a large spectrum of testing.

Excellent Learning curve
I really enjoyed working on site for SGS Management were Professional but also down to earth and working together as a team. I got along with all my co workers very well I've learned Alot working on the Kusile Project about Power station it self and Boiler pressure parts. It was quite Interesting for me
