Trying by all means to learn each an everyday

I have 7 years experience in Civil engineering industry, I am a hard work looking forward to join your team, willing to further my studies once I relocate to Gauteng. I am good in team work . If they is lot of work I can even work over time. If it's possible I can even work shift. I have learn a lot in the industry, sometimes I take responsibility while the manager is not around.

Pros: Being Juniar will be an achivement.

Growth opportunity

This platform has offered me an opportunity to grow and develop my skills further. Due to the lack of communication at the Managers level, this made it difficult for me to proceed in this company. Currently I'm unemployed due to the end of my contract with the company.

Excellent learning experience

Iam currently working as data capture at sgs matrolab and as part of my daily duties i report test results and do all the the employees timesheets and report them at the end of the month , healt and safety

Challenging

daily activities involve making sure test results are captured timorously so contractors can proceed with work. we are the consultants are are expected to provide accurate results as bridges are building depend on what i output. errors and mistakes are a constant as it with effect results and in will have a negative impact on our clients an as a company as a whole. my job is demanding and i provide 100% each and every day.

Pros: insight into the civil engineering world, how it all comes together, the back bone of construction via civil
Cons: results must be sent on time for production cost to be minor

Good

Bad management, poor salary with high expectations. Management are not willing to pay workers what the workers are worth Terrible working conditions, no aircon, no fans, dirty room called a kitchen, rats and other rodents just dying. Lack of space, 4 people in one office, cramped
