Dedicated profession who strive to deliver her best in any given opportunity

I have enjoyed working for engineering Companies and have been challenged with busy days where deliverables had to be met. I have excelled in these conditions and done the best I could though there were times when I had to use my experience to know that there is only so much a person can do or reasonably expected to do. In those situations I remained calm and focused on doing my best that I could. I have been told that I am an approachable person and easy to work with, I have also found that working as a team is beneficial and has helped me improve my communication skills. I love to deliver when doing my job and I fine satisfaction especially getting compliments from my bosses for ajob well done.

Cons: Contract bases of employment, not being employed permanently for security purposes

Managing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary and diverse culture teams.

Over 5 years plant commissioning and optimisation of greenfield and brownfield EPCM projects within and outside S.Africa. Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills among vendors,contractors and play a pivotal role in leading diverse teams. Extensive experience in flotation of base metals, gold-copper. Working knowledge of Siemens and Schneider PLC/SCADA automation systems and integration thereof. Extensive experience in copper and nickel smelting at managerial level. Embrace change in the ever changing work environment and integrate lifelong learning in my life and career. Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data. Talent identification and development of subordinates.

Pros: Yes but this should be based on my performance
Cons: I have no problems working long hours as long they do not lead to chronic fatigue.

It's a great stepping stone to the working environment.

The most challenging part is making sure all the deliverables meet the deadline. I enjoy working in a team as well as the culture within the company. it's flexible hours, which is great. I have learnt patience, new skills like Autocad plant 3D.

Excellent in my line of duty MANUFACTURING AND MAINTAIN

With my experience I want to grow with in a company we're I can continue toe learn and contribute as much of value as I can. I would like to see myself as an expert of my job description. I work well under pressure I'm always prepare for it before it comes. I prioritize my responsibility so I have a clear idea of what is needed to be done. Team work is essential in my line of work.

Fast learner

My typical day at the office is start with me having a cup of coffee chatting to a few of my colleagues to find out how their evening was. I get along very well with my colleagues, i that kind of person that loves to help others. During my six years with the company i have learnt that one should learn to do their job very well. I enjoy socializing with people. The most challenging aspects of my job is when i have to deal with rude clients

Good learning Experience

Typical work day included proposal preparation, client and supplier liaison and occasional site visits. I am comfortable with working in groups. I enjoy costing, design and site work.

Commissioning of Uranium Extraction providing extensive knowledge

The 12hours put in every day are paying when one sees the production of Uranium drums. There is still room to improve plant performance even after the first production.

Pros: New en devour in Uranium processing
Cons: No less than 12 hours each day including some weekends

Well rounded experience gained

Typical work day consists o fcompiling proposals, meeting with ocntractors as well as clients. I have on site experience in construction. I have expat fabrication experience. I am a team player and work very effectively in groups. i have project engineering experience, fabrication experience and comfortable in numerous CAD packages. I enjoy a balance of office and site work. Mos challenging aspect is to work expat in harsh conditions for long hours.

Good learning curve

Engineering company with a long standing history in minerals and metals processing. Good company to work for not diversified enough to manage challenges experienced in current downturn local mining industry.

Cons: No opportunities for promotion
