Its an ok learning experience

I would love to do something better to earn better money so that i can provide for my family.so im in good shape can provide good work im a fast learner im a creater at my own time if needed nd im always in my work expact always have a positive mindset and like to prepare myself for the next event so that i can be on top of my game

Nice company to work for.but there's is that one ot two obstacles that you must overcome

There's little or less opportunities to further your carreers by study further or off by working nationally..great working environment to work in and employees are kind and friendly,well mannered.

Pros: Great incentive scemes
Cons: Not much room for promotions

Merchendiser

I work in a enviroment where i must take lots of stress .I merchindise products for nestle in stores the first thing i must do in the morning is to greet the manager of the store then go and check where i must fill gaps on the shelfs .after i've done my floor walk i must go to the stock room and see if there is stock for the gaps in the shelfs then draw it and pack it out i work with other co-workers that merchindise other products some time i have to help them too when there stock come in bulk and when it is heavy .some time we do inventory work to count stock also and learn to do sales promotions to customers we learn to approach lot of different people different ways . What i enjoy is when i have made great sales and i can go home with a smile on my face.

Pros: To work walk in rural areas through gangsters
Cons: I work 7/4

Learning curve

Wouldnt recommend it even to my worst enermy. Not challenging enough for me. I felt like my boss had an agenda against me. She treated me differently from her other staff. For instance, she would give everyone incentives, including an intern, but she never gave me an incentives or a bonus. Working there was hell.

Pros: No growth
Cons: Favouritism

Great experience and learning

Dealing with RM, CEO and MD. Great learning experience. Good environment. Wonderful colleagues. Great working as a group and also independently. Lots of growth opportunities especially if willing to relocate to other provinces
