General m happy, only the package which is not enough.

Good relations with Co workers , it's walking distance from my place, have learnt new things. Environment it's fair have made new friends. Maintenance work has its days quiet and very busy. The challenging thing is covering other trades painting, carpentry etc.

Pros: chances of promotion are they as a team leader, byt havr 3 chances excaping me which i thing i deserved.
Cons: less money, affects the spirit and mental strengh, and always look for private jobs hence no resting after hours and weekends

I have learnt alot , to work as a team, once in a while an act on a Supervise capcity.

We mainly do maintenance work, projects. It's a relatively good environment, have learnt more things work nicely with Co works .i enjoy installation s of geysers .

Pros: they are chances of promotion, hence i sometimes act as a Supervise.
Cons: skeleton man power, hence i do some other trades.

Good company

Good company and able to look after employees.Co-workers a good well behaved and very help in terms of goals achievement and very supportive when handling certain work.I have learnt to achieve as targets we need to work as a team then you will get results.I enjoy when the company owners recognised our good and give every employee incentives.The most challenging aspect of the job is to stress and strain,for you to get better results of work you need to be analytical when it comes to thinking and evaluation.

Pros: Opportunity to develop in the company,if you are really interested in your work
Cons: The company has long hours to operate,with much more incentives.

Challanging working with different people who believe in unions

My Job is challenging a lot, work with different people at all occupational levels including the reporting yo the the director of the company, who is a quantity Surveyor by Profession. Sometimes HR Policy and procedure does not exit to them, where i have to intervene and make him understand.

Pros: Sustainability
Cons: 160 per month
