Flexible environment.

It is a good flexible environment. Not much room for growth. A typical day is start work at 7.45am, open emails and process new orders and follow up on orders that are processed already and follow them through to production. My relationship with co-workers are professional yet we make the office space enjoyable to release the pressure and day to day stress. I have learnt to not get angry and let the customer affect me negatively, to remain positive by talking to my colleagues to release steam. I enjoy coming to work and liaising with the customers and my colleagues. I have also learnt to process orders efficiently and liaise with the powers that be to get jobs done.The challenging part of my job is when I make customer promises and it doesn't go according to plan then breaking the bad news to a customer is always an eye sore and an impending headache but honestly is best policy instead of harbouring a secret that can get me in trouble.

Excellent lurning curve working in the manufacturing environment

I would typically be at work from 07:00 AM. This gives me time to settle, read e-mails and do walk a bouts. I value my colleagues and fellow employees as I believe they are an asset to the company and there for promote and strive to have good relationships with all.

Great place to gain skills and learn more

Very friendly and team based environment. Customer always comes first. I have very good relationships with my coworkers. The thing I enjoy the most is getting to work and everybody is working a team to get an urgeny/breakdown done. I have also masters every position in the workshop so now am an all rounder at Sew. We Get standby alloowences.

Experience

Busy environment with constant interruptions makes for a good environment to consider change in the daily life. The experience gained is valuable and can be rewarding.

Awesome company

Great big company, and always very accommodating. There is a great opportunity to grow in the other branches, but not much room for growth in the PE branch as they are very small.

Ability to work under pressure

i enjoyed the pressure that my work comes with it but at times seems too much but i ended adopting that condition. i have also gained the ability to be able to work by my self without any supervision the relationship with my co-workers is not so close du the nature of our work environment.we hardly have time to interact.

Great technical knowlodge gained

A great environment to better your knowledge. Colleagues are friendly and always willing to help. My biggest highlight is the opportunity to interact with executive management on departmental tactics for the year plans.
