Excellent learning curve
typing, filing, answering telephone, taking messages and sending to the relevant person,scheduling appointments, booking boardroom for meetings, supervising reception staff, training new reception staff and accessing competency,maintaining a smooth flow at the reception area,and receiving visitors.

Excellent learning curve
Normal working hours (8 hours). a good relationship with the co-workers. learnt a lot in the field of research, monitoring, data quality, monitoring, trends analysis. additionally, health and safety, equipment calibration, document control and internal audit. mostly enjoyed CQMP activity which is related to the clinical quality management plans. the most challenge is resisting to change to better.

Reception supervisor
receive visitors, handling telephone, booking boardroom, manages company reception, interview and train new receptionists, filing, scheduling appointments, compiling daily stats, handling petty cash, keeping records of outgoing and incoming mails, photocopying and faxing official documents and handling correspondence.
