I have been in senior positions for more than 6 years as a HR Generalist (in management roles) . This platform gave me the opportunity to sharpen firm leadership skills and qualities. It gave me the strength and the stamina to be a good leader, pragmatic planner, thoughtful organiser and an excellent controller. More than 20 people come to my office on a daily basis with complex and diverse problems (from skills development, HR benefits, and Labour Relations, Financial Advice and General Office Operational matters). This has allowed me to be flexible in the application of my mind and in handling pressure/stress. I have the ability to initiate, prepare for a disciplinary hearing and to chair a disciplinary hearing. I have on numerous occasions appeared at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils for both Arbitration and Conciliation on behalf of my company.

Great Mrp Learning curve for me

Showing respect to all employees, from cleaner to director. Helping any staff from cleaner to director streamlining an employee`s work process going the extra mile to help staff with any issues adapting to my challenge to make it work successfully putting that smile on any employee`s face, so that they can be more productive when employee`s see you they want to complain to you with a grand handshake and most of all my ears belong to my employee`s, because i am always ready to listen, understand, implement a working solution with the employee`s consent.

Pros: Warehousing is my home away from home
Cons: don`t have an issue working long hours
