Fantastic opportunity to develop administrative skills

A sense of purpose is felt as many preferred my assistance with tasks, an excellent team of colleagues. I worked for a receptionist for three and a half years to be graciously promoted to PA, gaining the opportunity to develop my administrative skills further. I am grateful for the opportunities given to me from the company.

Great experience

Experience of the tender stage & of dealing with procurement issues. Experience of working on multi disciplinary engineering projects. Experience at Supervisory QS level. Comprehensive understanding of statutory building regulations. Excellent working knowledge of commercial procedures. Competent in Microsoft packages (Microsoft excel, Ms Project, Ms word and Powerpoint)

Quick responsibility initiation and good learning curve.

6 months as a project coodinator in an intermidiate management position but quickly graduated to a project manager and had the final say for my team and was heading a team of over 30 people with a third of them being semi skilled personals.

Pros: Allows dynamic people growth since it allows decision makers grow once they show there decisiveness
Cons: Low salaries and no add benefits like medical aid or pension. No bonus
