Gaining experience, and learning new things within the administration department

I enjoy what I am doing..and my colleagues are good people to work with including my mentor, they very supportive and patient. So far, i dnt have any challenges at work maybe its because I am a fast learner and willing to learn more..

Exemptions learning

Working at the currently allocation which is a School environment with 1050 learners typical work it’s what I do mostly because,mostly the teachers are using typing work rather than writing on the board. The relationship with co-workers is good, I’m in an environment where I am so keen to work, and they are very supportive. I’ve got a lot of working experience around the school, and I’ve experiment a lot in technology and I am enjoying to be work in an organization and challenge myself to other categories. Because besides admin I do the voluntary to help with school learners. All I could say it’s a great experience

Cons: Some teachers demand to do research for their own personal assignments for their children

No help

there is no communication between us learners and seta neither the love life. The only communication we have is with the service provider. We get paid late since we started we only got paid once at the moment we have 4 moths without pay. They don't provide us with practicals like we were promised. Now at the moment we are looking for jobs. The relationship with my colleagues is very good we motivate each other. It ain't nice being in this learnership much has been promised but nothing so far

Excellent learning curve for me I learnt a lot of new things

I work flexible hours and I work my own hours as long I get my daily job done. I have learnt to be cautious about data and listen attentively since I work with bookings.I enjoy my because its not stressing me and I get along with my colleagues. The most challenging aspects is when clients get difficult and demand dates that are already booked.

Pros: I work on my own from home so I cant say there's growth
Cons: I work my own hours and I enjoy working so I don't time myself, as long as I have bookings,reports to be done, I work.

Hard work

ETAwIt was a Learnership of SETA at Eastern Cape Willowvale . Business Administration Learnership it take 12 months. They trained us for 8 months
