I am gaining experience daily at Sesli

My day at Sesli is very hectic, whereby I have to juggle my day between being a Sales Support/Coordinator and a Debtors Clerk, I also assist in our dispatch department. It is a real challenge working at but keeps me busy at this time of the year as we are a seasonal company and are only really busy during Winter, as we specialise in maufacturing of blankets. By assisting finance with the debtors I have learnt the debtors collections process. My co-workers enjoy working with me as I process their orders immediately ensuring that their orders are prpared and dispatched ASAP. Their commissions depends on me entirely, so I put in extra hours if I have to so that their orders are dispatched and invoiced daily.

Pros: Work under pressure and good at multiI -tasking.
Cons: No room for growth within the company
