Great envrionment

work in day - network configuration, software installation, printer installation, user account creation, Wi-Fi connectivity, Server connection TCP/IP, Analyse system, printer installation/configuration,PC configuration we worked close with other employees from different companies and NGO's I learned that you need not be only focused on the field you specialize in but also have a room to explore and learn more,because working with vast employee you tend also to learn new thing from them. I enjoyed everything we did at this institution beacuase most of them didn't know much about IT so we taught others how things are done. what was challenging was when we had to assist the application from outsource were systems not responding so we had to intervene,which was a little bit difficult because we didn't have access to their database while things were not responding.

Learning curve

I worked in the dispensary by picking ,pcking ,labelling and preparing medications for patients. I helped counsell Start HAART and PEP patients i also helped counsell MDR patients. I worked very well with my co-workers and was the scribe for my Manager at the monthly Drug Therapeutics Commitee I learned a lot about medications,patients,stock control and the dispensing systems I enjoyed communicating and assisting patients face to face The most challenging was having to deal with difficult patients and shortage of stock

Excellent learning

AM enjoying working with my collegue . and working with patients gave me opportunity to learn how to treat people and how to solve problems when patient is not satisfied.i learnt so much using batho pele principles .and 8 do love my job very much .
