Excellent customer service skills

Manage service level agreement and feedback to Client and Company Management regarding level of compliance. Develop, implement and monitor operational plans. Ensure delivery of quality services. Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental issues are prioritised and managed appropriately, identified hazards and managing them accordingly. Staff management, including workplace relations, employee wellness, administration, roistering, delivery of induction and learning and development, monitoring performance and conducting disciplinary. Carry out on-the-job-training and coaching. Interact with residents and attend to matters arising. Monitor resident satisfaction and action areas of concern.

I have vast knowledge in Cleaning and Maintenance. I have knowledge in Good Customer Service. I'm punctual and hard working. I go an extra mile ensuring that the Clients needs are met. Hygiene is my priority when it comes to this position. A clean environment is a healthy environment

Learning new things everyday

Working hours from 7am to 4pm. Daily collections, receipting, solving queries. Weekly cash forecast. Monthly cash forecast. Age analysis. Sending out invoices and statements. Sending POd's. Work well with the team. Learn to be patient Enjoy reaching target given Most challenging when customers don't keep their payment terms

The company has provided with exposure and good employment relations.

My typical work day is assisting walk ins. Setting uu CCMA opointments for my colegues to attand the cases. Moreover, it entails constantly objecting con/arbs as well as liasing with the CCMA for more information. Capturing and archiving contracts for sight employees on daily bases. Provide weekly reports on suspensended employees to minimise cost of suspensions. Provide monthly reports on CCMA cases and dismissals. Run criminal and credit checks on new employees before sighning contracts with the company.My co-workers are the best people one can work with as we are able to work both as individuals or as a collective. Being around them is like have a second family away from home. Being with them has thought me to respect the people around with me and school experience is different from work experience as it is more compatative.

Cons: Too much work and less money.
