I am a good leader of sales teams Have developed many strong sales people A quick learner and enjoy teching amd up skilling people For me a work day starts early and ends when the qbjectives of the day are done even if it is late into the evening

Excellent room for growth

A typical day would include toaster checking and following up on previous day complaints. Ensure the spa is set up for the coming day clients and all rooms are looking immaculate. I start the day with some Admin and following up on reports that need to be sent to the owner about weekly updates Co workers are easy to work with as it’s an already established team of ladies whom I have the pleasure to work with and learn a lot from I’ve learnt that it takes time to prove yourself to the people who you need the most to back you in order to ensure that you are able to do your job.

Pros: Great room for growth
Cons: Long working hours
