A lesson in giving my all

My work day starts at around 7.20am, and I make sure the cash is correct and hand out floats to various departments, bank coins and bank any cash that over the needs for the day. The rest of the day is filled with taking cash from the clerks, and checking it for accuracy and securing it in the safe once everything is balanced. Transferring cash on the system. Evening cash up all the cash from the supervisors is checked and cash is amalgamated and transfers made on the system and balancing the cash with the days income and payouts. Day ends at approximately 7pm. There are 50 + staff here, and I have a good rapport with most of them. I have learned to try and be patient and to teach the staff that accuracy and customer care is very important. I enjoy the challenge of the work and the fact that each day is different. It is a challenge working with such a large amount of staff and keeping track of a huge amount of cash.

Pros: Opportunity to learn about different cultures
Cons: Long hours. Explaining things to people whose second or third language is English, in simple understandable terms

Improving my computer skills

Team leader, motivational worker, insuring the job is done, dealing with customers, and insuring customer satisfaction. Me an my co-workers work as a team and always find a ways to help each other.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about different customers
Cons: Being led by uneducated people who love to oppress their employees.

Marketing customers.doing work team.i was enjoying my work more especislly helping customers how to play and promotions.i like chelkenges and communicate with them .making friends with them.i have learnt to be calm no matter how rude and the customers are.and i have learned to communicate with lots of people .i have earn to forgive anf forget because lotto customers does not take grudges if they won they jeep happy.they like to be loved.
