I am in Sales Industry, Excellent in advising clients on buying the best products that can satisfy their needs, I am an asset to this company despite that there is no upgrades on position as they strictly recommend to uplift people who are under-graduates, I need to grow profession as I am a best Sales Assistant and Supervisory duties, I interact with my colleagues very well as we do a lost of discussion on how to improve our selling skills and attract them with by creating display and render a good, professional service skills. I value clients as I value the position I occupied. I enjoy this Sales Job because It gave me an opportunity to work with people and time keeping as I placed orders for my clients I must deliver on time, Do follow ups and claim some warranties when needed. Challenges I came across is to update my diary and set my daily goals as I have to reach a target to earn a good salary, encounter the absenteeism as no work no commission. Be in HR Industry will be a dream come true

Good company culture

I process invoices and claims on a daily basis. Load statements and work on clearing the reconciliation. My relationship with my co-workers is mostly a professional one. We work well together and resolve conflict very well. I have learnt to work well with different people, handle conflict in the appropriate manner. I enjoy resolving queries the most. I love it when customers call in or email me with a problem and I am able to promptly assist them. The most challenging aspect is the language. It is the agriculture industry and most customers are Afrikaans speaking.

Cons: Lack of growth opportunities.

Working experience

Good worklife balance Relationship with co-workers is good I have learnt HR is a good and challenging department to work for. I enjoy making a difference in external and internal customers lives. The most challenging aspect is always working with people but at the same time it is also what I love the most.

I am a hard working lady with excellent relations skills

I am a hard working lady with excellent relations skills , i have worked in the ban industry for 10 years and are currently emloyed by Senwes as a job card clerk for the past two and a half years.I enjoy a peacefull work environment , but can manage under pressure , the most challenging aspect about my work was to get the knowledge to actively function in a farmers community

I am currently writing my final exams in Human Resource Management.

I am diligent, hard working and surely committed to what is important in life. I am always willing to learn and empower myself with new trends in the workplace. My experience in different industries and on different levels, gives me the advantage of completing tasks at hand. I am a single a mother of three and is committed to be the best example I can be to them. I have started my studies on a late stage of my life, but through it all I will be done June 2018- National HR Diploma. I am current situated in Klerksdorp, but will be relocating to Rustenburg as soon as a vacancy becomes available. Yours Truly, Carmen

BUSY WITH MY BTECH DEGREE IN AGRICULTURE

I GREW UP WORKING FOR MY CURRENT EMPLOYER AND THERE'S A LOT OF LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY. I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT EVERYONE IS TREATED THE SAME WITH DIGNITY AND COURTESY. MY NORMAL DAY START WITH CLIENT COMMUNICATION, DELEGATION OF DAILY TASKS TO SUBORDINATES AND MAKING SURE TASKS ARE EXECUTED ACCORDINGLY.

Space to grow

Managing the HR head's diary, manning phones, organizing training and paying vendors. Making sure there is stationary in the office. Dealing with incoming quires, helping HR managers with their administration.

Pros: Being able to work with different divisions on different projects
Cons: Disciplinary hearings...find them depressing

Most important lesson I have learned.

I would have a cup of coffee and have a look at my emails and chat to my colleagues about the news that occurred the previous evening. I.have a very good relationship with my co-wprks because I am very open-minded. I have learned to be very patient and to pay attention to detail. I enjoy the diverse group of companies we serve and because this allows me to learn new skills. This is also that most challenging part of the job because our clients needs constantly change

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

AM IN FLEET DEPARTMENT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY IS SO FASCINATING I LEARN MANY THINGS REGARDING CARS. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS LIMITED OPPORTUNITY IN FLEET SECTION.THE CULTURE OF THE COMPANY IS MODERATELY OKAY.I HAVE A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGUE AND MY MANAGER.I ENJOY WORKING IN THE OFFICE I ALSO ENJOY WORKING OUTSIDE OFFICE ESPECIALLY WHEN WE AUCTION COMPANY CARS.I ENJOY SAP REPORT BUT WHATS CHALLENGING ITS A ENQUIRERS THAT THEY ENQUIRER.

My experience as I am working at senwes is working under pressure

My working days don't have timing as long as serving customers aslo preparing next day job to serve customers good services my relationship with Co workers is good because we believe team work is good opportunity for the business I've learned that I must work hard and learn underpressure which is good on skills learning experience when it comes to job what I enjoy most is communicating with people at worn especially when someone has done wrong without working under anger situations because it may cause damages someone can get hurt on a job he does thanks.
