It was a great opportunity for me to grow in within the costing

I am extremely passionate; I am diligent, honest and pro-active in everything that I do. I work well in a team as well as on my own. I work well under pressure to produce the best possible standard of quality. I am also able to mediate in a completely unbiased manner. I pride myself on my people’s skills and high levels of conflict management. Even though I am soft-spoken, I am able to communicate clearly and directly with my peers and seniors. I would like to believe that I personify excellence and serve as a role model for others to emulate. My ultimate goal is to be employed by a company that promotes growth and a culture of development and sees potential in individuals and creates opportunities for individuals to reach their full potential. I am certain that I would be able to contribute to the success of any business and/or institution.

Strong motivational and leadership skills Good communicational skills

.I was a hard worker and will always be my work are always first.im willing to work shifts and overtime im always willing to learn new things and apply to my duties.

Nice place to work how ever limited or no opportunities to grow.

There are opportunities to study further but no chance to use the training or theory you achieved. No recognition of education qualifications either than long service experience.

Pros: Limited promotions,or promoted without adjusting your salary or pay at all.That to me is not promotion but name changing with more responsibilities.
Cons: Paid overtime and flexible hours worked

This is a company with daily new challenges.

To work at Senior flexonics was a daily challenge with new answers relating to your work. my relationship with colleagues was something i like to keep as transparent as possible. I have learnt more than what i thought i could. It made me a stronger yet a willing individual to do better and also to help and teach those who is not up to standard. I enjoyed most what i did not know yet. I loved wanting to know more and find out how other areas operated with their michinery. The most challenging aspect of my job was to do it right the first time.

Pros: Working hard and showing that you want to learn more.
Cons: occational overtime
