Learnt to be disciplined
It has been challenging to set my own tutoring company. I have not advertised my services yet I have between 10-15 clients at any point in time. its a challenging role as I manage my home life as well as tutor as always eager to learn and do more. I generally work a few hour during the day but most of my clients are after 1,30... I have learnt to manage home and tutor without anyone being disadvantaged. I enjoy receiving my students results as it gives me great joy in watching their improvement. At the same time to stay positive and motivated when they do not achieve their goals. My most challenging and rewarding part of my day is working with students that hate mathematic and also struggle with it, The joy comes when they look forward to seeing me and now want to do well in the subject.

This has been a great small-town, community experience.
I've loved getting invested in the meaningful projects of a a small town - in an effort to promote social cohesion and local television and film. The opportunity for media growth is amazing and the options for content creation are vast.
Pros: It is a small town and everything is very intimate and do-able.
Cons: It is small town and that lacks experience in the working of the fast cities - and shuts down at 5pm.

Amazing job working with people
I did enjoy my job working with people and serving people. I'm a people's person. The opportunity to learn and have awesome training on a regular basis was absolutely great! With every job you have the ups and the downs, but I can look back and say....what a great time of my life. The reason I left the company was victimization of the last two years. With that I just kept on doing what I had to do, to the best of my ability. But when it came to a point where I was humiliated in front of customers who became special customers over the 20 years in the Pharmacy business....I decided to call it a day!

Chronic disease management
I have a passion for chronic diseases.. love helping people and thrive on challenges.. I do diabetes management and wellness clinics for rural areas. I also do training for nurses and doctors on diabaetes medicine and diabetes management

A an opportunity to gain working experience.
As a tutor I work with students who require assistance with Maths and physical science. As such I've learned that preparing well ahead for each session brings out the best results not only in myself but also the students. As an electrician's assistant I assist with aspects of manual labour during electrical wiring. I've learned that the success of electrical wiring for a normal household rests on listening to the wishes of the householder. Although it is physically demanding, the technical side of the job is exciting. Catering to the needs of each customer can be challenging, but it is fulfilling to meet the expectations of each individual customer.

Great company, dynamic, well respected and energetic enviroment
A typical work day involves working quickly and efficiently, sometimes to very tight deadlines. Ensuring you stay calm and purposeful. I worked with all levels of the business from the tea lady to the top executives and always ensured my relationships with all staff and departments were good and respectful. I have learnt more than ever to be well organised, self motivated, self managed and that good relationships are critical in the role that I had and plan to have in the future. I enjoyed working in the diverse office environment, with creative and talented people who all had respect for each other. The most challenging aspect was being held back at time because of belonging to a Global network where systems and processes were sometimes very drawn out and were a little inflexible., thank you

Corporate position in Project Management
Travelling to neighboring countries to launch new stores prove to be exciting and stressful because of the difference in culture, language and social needs. Teamwork and proper planning are the basics of being a successful project manager in the retail sector. To work under tight deadlines with construction and interior fit out companies is a highly rewarding job.

Excellent, I've learn a lot
Morning I've work with lot of ppl from India and ive learn a lot from them string using tensmark machine, putting space damper doing level on transmission line wiring and lot more, to with my co work I learn that to as team is nice. Putting space and string, wiring substation

A Welcome Challenge
Mine is a very colourful career, with early extensive experience in the not-for profit sector before joining the private and public sectors. I thoroughly enjoy working with potential and having the opportunity to train and influence change. Due to my experience working with people from different backgrounds and diverse cultures, I have a highly developed sense of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity which makes it easy for me to get along with my co-workers, my managers and my clients. I believe that each of us has all we need to build successful lives and I approach individuals from that perspective. My greatest challenge in my work is usually related to managing the egos and expectations of employees, whilst encouraging maximum engagement and participation. It is a challenge I enjoy and welcome.
