Watching the little ones learn and develop. Making a difference withing the community. The enthusiasm and delight when they learn something and the efforts they make to showcase their talents. Challenging aspects are the parents and dealing with their requests. Trying to satisfy the requests and meet their expectations. The thing i learnt the most is managing people and their needs and taking care of your business needs without losing sight of your main goal.

Work under pressure and enjoy working with people. Relationships with co-workers are important as it helps you perform efficiently in your role. Get the job done swiftly without much challenges. Working with different systems, learning to cope in a fast moving environment. Learning from all works of people. Challenges: working with difficult personalities, Maintaining a standard that is in accordance with the vision, mission and culture of the organisation.

Excellent leaning curve

Work for hours on end never stop until repairs are done work time efficiently i learned that you can never make the client feel as if the y did something be sensitive i also learned that most clients don't pay up since im working for myself and that there are various software problem that has unique solutions what i enjoy most is being able to help work with the day to difficulties they have with their laptops like blue screen of dead boot loops black screen monitor not switching on computer appearing completely death no internet problems intermediate shutdowns unexpected restarts data loss virus deleting important data its all fun and very challenging at times its very important to stick to troublshooting methods

Pros: My skills grow by the day
Cons: Long hours of work cant find employment difficult to obtain funds
