New challenge

I am a honest hard working someone who works well as a team and also as an individual. I like what I do and I believe I am good at it. I am detailed orientated and believe that if you give 100% commitment to your job then the sky is the limit.

Pros: freedom to work independent
Cons: no room for improvement

Good company to work for.

It is a stressful job. Have to be on top of things at all times. Relationships with colleagues is good. Challenges come in the form of managing and co-ordination of staff.

Pros: One gets to work independantly.
Cons: Have to work weekends.

I have been in the Hr industry for over 6 years. Competent and gard working. Strong peopme skills.

Have the ability to manage people. Competent in IR and union related issues. Also able to draw up policies and procedures from scratch if necessary. Able to work in a pressured environent. Managing people is not easy but it takes hrad work, structure, dedication and strong leadership skills to build a good team.

Pros: Strong leadership skills. Happy staff leads to lower turnover.
Cons: Co-ordinating the staff can be a challenge.
