I know how to deal with people at a work place.

I learned a lot at Selby construction since I was a road marker. I know how to work with contraction people and now as a safety rep I can lead construction people and know how to deal with them so I'm your so use me I'm your guy.

Excellent learning curve

My day is always busy and I also do office support like fixing the network and connecting printers. Relationship with co-workers is very good they enjoy my work and always seeks for advises from me. I have learned to be patient and always be independent and work hard give t all in my work and always reach the target on time. I enjoy working for this company even though we don't have benefits like retirement benefits. The most challenging aspects is when i have to run the payroll and at the same time have to capture the invoices for VAT submissions especially every month end.

Pros: It is great working for the company and I really enjoy what I am doing... as for the promotion its difficult to say
Cons: long hours only on the week of Month end.

Hard work and easily to learn

I'm like to work extra time if necessary and easy to learn.i like mostly to assist another if they have challenge.i learn how to cope with the situation and how the health and safety works.i enjoy to work hard and learn what i don't know and learn another if they still straggling.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: long work hours
