I have been in this industry for 4 years and i am willing to learn more and grow.

If we have group booking i have a problem because i have to try and control their situation and understand the language they will be talking when they are drunk, and we have a good partnership with my co-workers because we make sure that everything is done accordingly so that our hotel will be highly recommended.

Pros: If any promotion or management post be available i will grab it with both hands everyone want to go up the ladder
Cons: My long hours i usually work is 9hours
