Time management is key

I am the only person running the food and beverage for the clubhouse, including doing the shifts roster, hiring and firing of staff and all disciplinary action, daily sales figures, invoicing, cash ups, stock takes, running promotions, staff training, creating menus, creating packages for events, planning events, all admin duties. I do not really have co workers as it is only me but my relationship with the staff is good. I have their respect and we communicate well. I have definitely learnt to be more independent as I have no support system and I have learnt to use my time more wisely and prioritize what needs to be done. I have also learnt not to rely on anyone else.

Pros: great view
Cons: long hours, no opportunity for promotion, alone in duties
