Comunication is the key to success

it's satisfactory working environment as I given opportunities and I believe and happy environment and communication produce positive results I'm honest reliable person who always willing to go extra mile as the production supervisor since took over the position I've been hands on in all operations in the department (Assembly) I'm also occasional involve in Plating operation ie zinc & nickel plating,titration and addition of chemicals as it falls in my department also as I produce aftermarket product we always have new projects to manufacture as per customers demands I'm deling with jigs modifying,jig improvements,training of operators,production recording,training file disciplinary proceedings making, new samples as per drawings/samples,continuous improvements housekeeping

Cons: willingness & enthusiasm is the key

Learning Curve

My typical work day is to deal with Customers complaints and lead the Team (throughout the factory) and ensure that the corrective actions have been implemented. Generate the reports associated. Manage employees and give support when required. Develop documentations related to continuous improvement. The most challenging is sustaining the controls that has been implemented and ensuring that Production adhere to them and completing all the paper work. Being part of the Team when there are new possible projects. I have learned to manage my stress especially when there are issues related to Complaints. My Project Manager skills have improved.

Pros: Great opportunity to be part of the Team
Cons: There are no trainings or benefits offered. salary is not enough.

Excellent growth

Even though jaschke metal engineering is a small factory, however every time I get to work I have something to do, there is a lot to do, it is my first year working in the company and I am the only female it wasn’t easy , but with time I got used to the staff and we are like a family, I have learned a lot from managing my time and gaining presenting in front of staff every Thursday since I am part of waste reduction, thus every Thursday I present as to show how are we reducing the waste, what I enjoy the most is having a boss who did the same course as me industrial engineering so we talk same language. I get challenged when I get too much work and have to submit in a very minimum time.

Cons: normal working hours

We are an automative company

We are machining and pressing automative based on custome's requirements. We are also making some after market parts, were we are assembling different types of pressure gauges

Pros: I modify and design gagues of different types, mostly those are used at quality check and production.
Cons: The salary is just for survival at my current job
