Through out my uprising. I have been working with NGOs,civil organization, during my tertiary experience I was elected in different positions of SRC leadership, I gave Diploma in HR and currently studying public admin and management. Currently I'm the chairperson of SAMWU in Sekhukhune District Municipality with membership of 605, equally additional member of COSATHU local, I believe my dedication combined with my skill, experience and qualifications will enable me add value to your organisation. I am better prepared and experienced to face challenges that my job can bring.

I had a great supervisor who taught me a lot. He literally made me to do everything. We had about 1000 employees and we were only three ( Manager Labour Relations and two Labour Relations Officers. Now we are five. The most challenging aspect of my career was the political interferences in administration issues. we had to always give advises in writing especially in matters we had differences with management. we would always offer our advice and leave the decision making to senior management. The greatest thing I liked with my supervisor is that he would always forward me a copy every report or work that he compiled or done in my absence. I have learned to be organized and always keep record of everything you do everyday.

Dealing with clients

Opportunity to learn different client behaviour, learning all about collection, issuing job cards for disconnection and reconnection, being able to solve customer queries, record keeping, issuing of invoices or statements to clients on a regular bases, calling of clients that are behind with payments or that are difficult to make payments

Pros: Ability to interact with customer on a daily basis
Cons: Less information to work with

Excellent working curve

I am enjoying my job, I always put smile on colleagues face, I respect my job, every duties that are gaven to me I make sure that is done on time. I sometimes work overtime when needed without any complaints. I always humble myself even thou is tough.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working ours
