I consider myself to be a leader, but also have the aptitude to follow. Excellent learning curve.
Growing company with new positions being made available annually. Opportunity to learn and work independently if you have the aptitude. Work is administrative intensive and requires good management of large client base.

Great Exposure to different sectors / industries
Dealing with labour related queries Complian with the department of labour ( drafting EE reports , organization compliance , Employment equity awareness, audits ) Training and development planning for upcoming training, keeping record of training , leasing with all SETAs , applications for funding , compiling WSP/ATR Ensuring entity is complaint with statutory training ( OHS , First aid ,basic fire fighting ) Retention of clients Administrative duties and record keeping I mastered to thrive under pressure, its rewarding once you have succeeded . My relationship with co workers is good . I enjoy most that each day has new challenges and no work day is the same . A challenge is often rewarding , additional input will lead to positive results . I'm proactive and believe with a positive mindset you are able to conquer the impossible and make it possible.

Strong focus on employee development. Bursaries awarded for studies.
SEESA pty ltd has a very good corporate culture that is inclusive and tolerant to all people. Employees are treated with respect and dignity and excellent perks and benefits are given. Work starts at 8:30 and finishes at 04:30 giving ample time to drive to and from work. Being a legal company, employees are treated fairly and due procedure followed as well as policies adhered to.

Business Compliance
A typical work day is checking emails and servicing clients. Depending the time of year wee are consulting the company regarding the WSP or Employment Equity submission.

Fast learner and eager to start with LLM tax
I am an extremely hard worker love what i do but would like more exposure in compliance. I will be starting a new course my LLM in tax law which should coupled with the compliance course put me above when giving advice to companies.

Experience
My day to day job is to do mainly typing. Together with that I send reports that our head office on a monthly basis. I get along well with people. I always try to help and make someone else's life better and easier. The most challenging part is the different kind of people you get to work with.

Excellent
It was nice working at seesa i love my job my co-workers was ok i miss them and i learnt alot at seesa i did enjoy the challenging when it comes to who will have the most sales at the end of the day.And i also learnt to work hard and to help where i can a lady at seesa always told me think posetive and posetive things will happen.The most challenging aspects was the tagerd we must have at the end of the week but it was fun.Seesa was nice i miss it.The working hours was also nice.

Excellent learning curve
A typical days work would include our daily or weekly planning, start cold calling customers, follow up with created follow ups. Colleagues are always great company and ready to assist where necessary.
