Excellent learning curve

I have been working at SEESA for 6 years and everyday is a new day to learn something. I work with client on a day to day basis. Whether I give training of assisting a client with something. Clients are my work. I believe that our department is a team without each other live can get hard. I also believe in going that extra mile because it will pay off. I am strict when it comes to my work and doing my best. What I enjoy most of my work is interacting with my clients, clients are my everything without them I don't have a work. The biggest challenge is making sure that every time I present a course that I will change a learners life by learning them something.

Very little to no opportunities for growth

Very busy and fast paced. Extensive admin. Management is not very approachable. I have learnt about various facets of business / industries. Most challenging is trying to explain to clients what they cannot do because it is in contravention with a law.

Pros: Well rounded experience in the department which you work in.
Cons: extensive travelling

Wonderful learning curve, great opportunities.

Great place to learn and grow. Many different opprtunities. It is great to work in a team. I have learned to be devoted to my work, to be patient in difficult situations. The most challenging aspect of the job is to have someone elses future in your hands

Pros: Not one day is the same

Learning is the beat

I love working, i have learnd alot about clients over the past vew years. How to handel them on the phane and face to face. I cot along with all my co- workers. I did not like wen we hade functions because the they would drink to much and then drive home. Onther then that i was happy when my job was done i went around to ask if i can assist with any other problems and so on.

Pros: Great opertunity for growing in a firm
Cons: It was far to drive there every day
