The Property industry is so diverse and I am wanting to learn all that it has to offer.

As I walk into an unknown territory in Jan of 2019, I was welcomed by Property Practiotiners of various backgrounds, that was greatly appreciated as I come a background that was not easy life. working amongst so many intelligent minds and characters enhance your own and one learns daily. Our social team building activities is to be enjoyed as you are free to express yourself, their is no need to pretend. Information is shared and assistance is always granted. I always have an opinion and always willing to lend a hand.

Pros: Valued as a Property Practiotiner with a experience from Johannesburg
Cons: Some weekend work

Growing Company

A typical day will consist of admin in the mornings and customers in the afternoon. My relationship with my co workers are excellent and we work together well. I have learnt that individual people have individual needs and that housing at this stage does not cater for the average workforce in Secunda. I enjoy working with different people each day The most challenging aspect at this moment is that there is a shortage of housing in Secunda

Good training, clear description of whats required, easy work once you know what you are doing

Great company, good salary, good job experience, good trainings, long hours, lots of new experiences and the people are very outgoing. I found not much room for promotion but also that was during covid so understandable.

Pros: Stable job environment
Cons: Not as much flexibility for life and job

Great management experience

Small Head office team which makes it more personal and not corporate. Relaxed working hours. Great location to work, in Cape Town CBD. Learnt loads about the property industry and what is involved. Managed to buy a property through the company while working here.

I work well under pressure.

I am a good team player,attention to details person. Work well under pressure, good file organizing system techniques, work well un supervised,excellent with numerical, I have a weekness of being a perfectionist.I am representable individual, very professional as well.

Pros: Going an extra mile as I am a perfectionist.
Cons: It has to be long working hours,as I am suppose to report to work at eight o'clock but I start at half pass six every morning & knock off at five.
