Excellent learning curve

My current job has been so fulfilling in a sense that it is an organisation that does community development. The feeling of teaching someone a skill that will help them grow and become the best version of themselves is really fulfilling.

Great learning curve and experience

A typical day at work was to manage the social media accounts of the organization and create content I also had to create weekly and monthly plans for social media. My work was mainly social media but a lot of admin comes with doing SM so we were often briefing with the communications team. I loved working with my colleagues I enjoy working in teams I’m very good at working on my own but with teams you get different input which could change your perspective on things. I learnt a lot about communication whether it’s internal or socially online and it was the most exciting part of my job

Pros: Learning everyday and growing my knowledge
Cons: Unpredictable. I had to work after hours sometimes
