l am the manager. l currently have meeting for each day and lead the way of the day.l enjoy working with the group as we decide and set target for each day.The challenges are sometimes being affected by electricity cuts fro ESCOM

Excellent learning and development area

I work well with everyone and we learn everyday fro each other.l am currently the manager and very much enjoy the responsible that goes with it.We have challenges like absenteeism of sick personnel as we have mostly young ladies who are pregnant

Pros: l see a great opportunity in promotion as we are doing well in term of results
Cons: i work long hours including weekends when there is something to be done

Excellent learning curve

I received a good review as one of the employees that works excellently in a team and when needed I do more than what is expected! I'm the type of worker that progress each quarter and make the best of terrible working conditions. I'm a positive character that sees challenges as stepping stones that even in the most adverse of circumstances I can work with what I'm dealt! The type of employee who despite criticism still can function and who can work in dependently

Great learning experience

Excellent learning

Data Capture Answering incoming calls Microsoft word Filling files I am goal driven hardworking individual, very confident in what I do and believe in and can work under pressure. When I come across a problem, I strive to look for solutions and also I am not afraid to ask questions were I don’t understand.

I caiphus tauatswala age25 .am also good recruiting people in talking trustworthy and loyalty. Good in driving .I like facing challenges and meeting people unordered to place work of my company and also like to attend new meetings and meeting up my deadlines.
