Since i have started working at sediba its been good I have a good communication with my colleagues and my employers. I work office hours from 7 until 4 pm and I'm off on weekends. I have learned so many things like working in team ,love one another and accept each and everyone around ,hardwork pays ,ask if your not sure of something...I enjoy the most especially when I make my bosses happy and when I see good result in my work. My most challenging is when we have to send statement months end and clients will be waiting for their statement but we make sure we deliver

Pros: I was promoted from invoicing only to invoicing,debt collector,sending statement,handling queries
Cons: office hours
