Learning skills

I have learnt to put more effort to your work and hard working is very important as technology upgrading everyday.some times at work I learn that you work with deferent people others you can learn something on them but others dont have abilities no direction.so its better to do the right thing always

Excellent learning curve

For me getting to know new people is most rewarding. The New operation i have come to be part of especially the social part of it was a new learning phase. The interaction with homeless is quite a sensitive and interesting operation. i have great respect for subordinate, peers, as well as my superiors alike.And our relationship is cordial.what i like most is training and depositing information into others mind is so fulfilling. My challenge is the opportunity to get to the top.

Excellent learning cuve

it will be the most wonderful day to work with me and remembered relationship with my co-worker is good and enjoyable to those work with me in the past because am very communicative to the people and encouraging to my fellow co-worker. i learn that working with love base on what you it give you a positive day on the work.what i enjoy most is to working with people who had love base on what they are doing and love communication to anthers at most of the time.my most challenging aspects is that people discriminate you but you they are your co-worker and are your friends.

Excellent for growth

It's a strictly regulated environment which doesn't allow for mistakes. I have grown professionally regarding people management and starting up contracts. I mostly enjoyed witnessing desperate people looking for employement getting one and being grateful and willing to work diligently. Seeing them transform from sad to a happy worker is priceless for me.

a master in LRA,BCEA able to work independently and under pressure. have sound understanding and knowledge of HR/IR process competent to do all arbitrations and conciliations at the CCMA including Bargaining councils. detail knowledge of the ccma rules and procedures including legal drafting of notice of motion including rescissions and argue point in limine etc. can draft condonations applications and review grounds for the review of labour court matters. can draft rule 11 applications and urgent applications for the labour court

Hardworking, punctual and accurate

I am a recent graduate whose looking for a job that is suitable for my qualification attached on my resume.
