Maintaining professionalism at all times

I run the finance department up to trial balance with almost no supervision while managing someone else. The workload is extremely high and the work is manual and requires 101% accuracy as we cannot incorrectly bill clients. I get along with other staff members as this is important for the end user.

Pros: I'm a fast learner who requires very minimal supervision
Cons: Sitting working long hours sometimes resulted in health challenges

Multitasking, attention to detail

I have learnt to multitask when faced with multiple deadlines. My attention to detail skills have improved significantly while working under pressure, with most of the times a lot routine and repetitive work. I have gained even more confidence working on my own since I did not have much or any supervision. I do look after a bookkeeper. Building professional relationships is key my environment because I need to be able to better understand the type of work that is handed to me almost at the end of the chain

Pros: I'm a fast learner who requires very minimal supervision
Cons: Constantly begging people to take their work seriously

Always give my 101% in the time that i am work and always come each day ready to learn

Highest concentration levels, Understanding how each department works, put your differences aside. I enjoy being able to at the end of the day look back and see the progress I made at the end of the day.

Pros: Being able to answer CEO when necessary without having to consult my manager
Cons: Unable to freely speak out to management about some issues we thought could improve the working conditions and well-being of staff.
