To work at sebushi somo was very good. I was a student not employees but I worked 9 hour like the employees.i gain lot of experience during the 12 months period and it was good to work at the construction site

Excellent learning

I learned to work every job in order to not struggle when you hunt the job. You be able to do any job, labour job,office job,supervising and also learn to listen your co-worker have good relationship with them work as team to be able to finish the task of the day. Help ,

An amazing opportunity to gain experience

I started at the company as a volunteer and after a few months was taken as a SHE REP. The opportunity was amazing and I have learned alot. Had an opportunity to work in the Construction of a Substation, I enjoyed the challenges that came with the job and getting to work with a community that valued safety.

Pros: Got promoted
Cons: No salary increases
