Great platform for Sales representatives entry level

On typical day a have to plan ahead my day on how am I going to achieve my goals for the day, planning which outlet will I be visiting from the furthest to closer coming home all with their own specific objectives. My team we got along quite well as we are apart by districts but we always communicating over the when one member of the faces a challenge. Learnt a lot about working as a team where you have to listen and assist where it's due and vice versa, what I enjoy the most is winning, making a sale pull through makes my day. Encountered most whereby you have to convince the client of a new product and try make sale

Pros: Aquire great skills and a great platform

Growth and way forward

My name Matimba Hlungwani, I'm a 28 years old male who has been in the sales and Marketing industry since 2009. I've worked in different departs as from retail, insurance and FMCG. Currently im unemployed, I was recently a field manager for sebenzela Market solutions. managing 11 sales Reps from bela bela to burgersfort. I have acquired many skills in my venture of different work employment such as customer service, dealing and resolving complians/problems, sales motivation, etc

KGreat opportunities good working hours good communication between all co-workers As a sales rep i learnt so much about selling especially in the alcohol industry and how to deal with consumers, sand customers I enjoy traveling through whole Kwazulu Natal as field ma The most challenging aspect was working with the system that was not updated and something working in part of Kwazulu Natal that has no network signal.

Challenges

Managing to overcome harassment in the outlets, have good understanding with colleagues, we help each other in terms of outlets. Learnt to work in teams, alone and to be able to understand different people from different ethnic groups and culture.

Pros: Don't see any chance of growth anytime soon as the managers say so too.
Cons: Due to different towns we travel we sometimes leave around 6am and be back around 9pm latest

Best place to learn management

yoh where do I start, Sebenzela throws you in the deep end, if you are lazy please dont even think of joininig Sebenzela. at Sebenzela you must be determine to achieve your kpi monthly and lead a team sucesfully.as manager you must think out of the box because of limited resources. everyday its pressure but it is worth it because you will learn alot.

Pros: you learn everything
Cons: Less training, you train on the job
