Willing to learn to take me futer

Quiet, doing what I am suppose to do, have my days where I like to sit around chatting with everyone and making them laugh. Mostly very serious and on the ball Have learned that you are on your own in every company and that you have to look after your well being in order to get somewhere. College company always on the look out for a good laugh having to keep quiet knowing that the other person is wrong but just in order to keep it professional you rather turn the other check.

Pros: giving and doing your best
Cons: willing to put in more affort
