Excellent learning curve. On the job training and refresher courses. Meal and transport allowances

Great company with a room for growthThere is much flexibility in terms of the company policies and personal development. It gives one a room to self identify their talents with fear of being deprived. However it does not look much into qualifications, but gives job training, therefore an open fire policy to whoever wants to be part of its family can be welcome

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
