Excellent industry training experience

I was working from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Since there’s production during the day and also night shift, quality control related tasks begin immediately on arrival and throughout the day. Most co-workers were welcoming and very interesting and lively to be around, whilst others were not that friendly (some due to age differences and difference in interests). Time management, working under pressure, problem solving, broadening my perspective on certain projects (especially product development) i.e thinking outside of the box, and communication are the major qualities I have acquired during my work experience. I enjoyed coming up with solutions as a team, during problem solving, that actually worked and seeing my colleagues leave with positive attitudes. Not being able to solve problems (especially from customers) and not getting the desired results during tests was very challenging, and also not being in agreement with some colleagues with regards to matters at hand.

Pros: Great industry training for current students
Cons: Intermediate communication skills between the employer and employee
