Excellent learning curve

Working long hours, the communication strategy is good, we assist each other, I enjoy teaching my colleagues how to use the softwares, discussion are nice, and preparing tenders can be challenging for my colleagues but I always have their back on that.

A growth opportunity

Still a small firm with just me the associate and the director of the company and our receptionist. Mostly do litigation and learning commercial law. Director hardly at the office and most time I have to teach myself the work and later discuss it with the director for an update. The day to day job entails drafting, court attendance, drafting bills, debt collection for one of the government entities liason with clients and keeping them updated on their matters. I have learned to apply for tenders.

Pros: Great learning curve and allows for me to be an independent thinker
Cons: Long working hours even on weekends
