Juniour Site technician

Daily Inventory recording. Compile daily, weekly And monthly for chemical usages and distribute to Management. Perform daily titrations to check Strength/ concentration, carbonate percentage And addictive of cleaning solution. Serving/ Repairing of equipment of sealed air. Correct EBI rejection if it is more than 3%. Check Performance of the line with the operator. Making sure all nozzles are spraying, making sure all the times are switched on and off. Give support Investigate when there are high usage of Chemicals and breakdowns. Perform Projects/ Experiments to improve performance of service. Attend meetings every morning.

Close relationship with customer

The company has recently separated from its partner company and standing alone as Diversey specializing in chemical sales. The company is quite old and is doing very well and are leaders in the industry The market is favorable therefore the business is sustainable

Pros: Great opportunity for multi skilling

Wonderfull experience working with dedicated people

This is done at senior or executive level . however the inputs are welcome from floor level. the quality and hygiene came to attention of senior members . Introduction and implementation of iso 9001 . People need to attend training on quality . Commitment from senior member to ensure that happened . The training would be offered both internally and from outside the company . The hygiene especially washing hands when entering the factory . Wash bay for hands situated on the entrance . dry and sanitized .

Team work

My day to day job teach me to be a good team player, also taught me to be a good decision maker. My relationship with my co-workers is very strong and makes my working environment very healthy.I enjoy being able to deliver all I am required to on a daily basis. Meaning ensure we adhere to good quality and practice good QMS all the time. Most challenging aspect of my job is working shifts.
