Im corncen about my salary

I have already been working but im have a diploma in agriculture for plant production o have 3 years experience in agriculture for plant production. I think we should take my opinion in to consideration

Development of skills

Being a general worker is a very unique and a great learning experience. I have learned about forms of fertiliser, compost and liquid fertiliser, irrigation methods, planting. I work as a Health and Safety Representative and as a member of he Worker's Committee which is very useful for interpersonal skills and learning to work in a group.

Pros: opportunity for growth, learning and development of skills
Cons: no promotion

Came as internship via agrisita and now my contract about to cease.

I thank i learned a lot through this company as was working at packhouse and also fiel under technical department. My experience in chemicals and pest also quality control at packhouse for citrus all varieties

Pros: great job opportunity
Cons: normal as it 9 hours.

Excelent learning urve is to speak Sepedi

I have learnt that I can really surprise myself if I just put my mind to something and not say, " I am not ready". I enjoy working with people and learning from all the employees culture and their languages as most of the employees is Sepedi speaking. As much as I enjoy it can be challenging because it is very important for a HR to understand the employees and what their problem etc. is I mostly deal with a lot of uneducated people who can not read and/or write so it is very important to me to understand them clearly so that they have some one who understand their problems and are there fort them

Pros: Growth and experience is great
Cons: Very remote area
